Friends, finally that fat, lazy officer moved his bum from my file. Got PPR today. I am happy but I would have been happier if they have had processed our files chronologically. Still angry about the processing system. But leave it now. Sent my passport within 2 hours of receiving my PPR email...

yes, you can land on edmonton office, which is located on international airport. but you will need an appointment for that, and that takes around 2 months.
