I got decision made on sponsorship approval since 3 days back but haven't received any communication or email about further steps medical or extra documents :( how long does it take to get any communicaiton after status change, i tried to call customer service but always busy :(

No I didn't had any previous obligations. I have sponsored both my parents and cosponsored my mother in law and my income is well under criteria

I am in same situation but i haven't reveived any call yet, just says In progress since March 2016

For me there is no update at all i am 2014 sponsor

Hi Everyone, I see everyone talking about PCC and medicals, i have submittied my file in Jan 2014 and got approval letter in June-2014 after than still i haven't heard anything about my file also online status shows application received? Is there anyone else in same boat as seems lots of people...

So CIC will be accepting new 5000 files from Jan 2nd 2015.. hope 2014 files start moving in fast pace :( :(

I called CIC yesterday and they said no info yet they haven't issued any AOR yet, they don't have any intimation yet may be it takes 1-2 months more

After getting online status updated does any one got letter or book as my status is also updated and says book and letter was sent in feb 28 but I never received it.

Is now news a good news???? nothing updated since few days, returns of file, AOR or anything seems they slowed down after selecting 5000 apps

application submitted on 8th Jan, CC is not charged yes he did missed the signature in one form not other scanned signatures were not questioned...just for one missing signature

Just got to know from one of friends that his application was returned due to missing signature all his forms had scanned signatures and that seems to be fine i guess he is resubmitting his application with signature and hopefully he might get a chance to be in 5000 cap..

Just spoke to CIC agent and she confirmed that its too early to say anything until you receive any communication as its just 4 weeks and also too many applications received first phase is to accept application if all required documents are received they will charge CC and than in next step they...

I was under impression that once your CC is charged they already checked your income status NOA or Option C for 2010-11-12 to determine eligibility as if they are going to check later its lots of admin work for them like returning money also if from 5K apps they are returning 1K later on than...

Seems they are accepting all files and taking out money later on they will review the files and decide to keep or reject and give money back after deducting 75$ Things won't be clear until we get any communication from CIC
