No - CIC didn't asked for it yet - not sure what is the process on that front - I am just waiting to hear back anything from CIC

I sail in the same boat as you... I am supposed to submit a PCC from Singapore which can be initiated only when CIC issues an official letter. Further more, SG takes some time to issue it with their lengthy procedures, finger prints etc... But I guess, we can always, do follow-up's with those...

I dont feel it will be an issue. becoz, your WP application is company initiated by adhering to LMO etc... it is as equivalent to you applying for an Open WP.. In my view point, both WP or an Open WP can be processed without an issue when your PR application is in progress
