I would suspect it is due to your mistake on Schedule A question 6. That is a very important question and depending on which one you made a mistake on I worry you could be excluded for misrepsentation

AOR - acknowledgement of receipt is received separately from sponsor approval. Many people get them on the same day, but not always. You will know which office has your application by your sponsor approval letter. It will state where your application has been forwarded for further processing.
