Guys, this may sound a stupid question... What do you ask for when you contact your MP? You just tell them that you sent your passport and that they are not responding to your emails and then ask for their help?

I am literally about to chew on my nerve!!! Passport was sent 8 weeks ago and not only the tracker is not activated yet, but they don't even bother replying on my emails... I phoned CIC call center and they said "sorry sir, you need to email CPP office, we do not have access to CPP files" then...
