My ECAS status was updated sometime during weekend, I guess...

IVR & ECAS are both updated my application was received on June 13. ECAS shows "In Progress",but I have not received PER email yet, should I celebrate now or wait until I got PER email?

My understanding is,after your package is opened,UCI will be assignef,if it is the first time you apply any visa to CA,getting UCI only means you have made into cap 300, then CIC will check whether your application is complete.

Well, your comments make sense, DD is somehow safer than CC... I was too eager to get my PER, probably I should not blame my DD payment choice...

I found an important pattern about CC/DD charge..... for example, those June applicants who already got charged or PERs, most of them are using CC payment, but for those DD payment applicants, even though their applications were received one day or two days earlier, the status is slow than CC...
