Exact sane update for me @YULIA-2016 It says background check process has now started, but they havent asked me to upload the PCCs yet. I am worried they are soon going to become outdated now since we got it done 4 months ago.

I missed the same requirement in my PR Card Renewal application i.e. write my name at the back of the photograph. CIC returned my full application in mail. I wrote my name on the photograph sent back the full application again along with the CIC letter that stated that the name was missing. Hope...
