Hi there! Last year my application took 5 days to reach Nova Scotia from Manila, Jul 24 5:30pm to July 29 3pm. However, my application was returned last Oct 2013 due to cap was already reached. I also just submitted my application today to try again my luck. Good luck to all of us! :)
