I think you should put 0601 as you say that those are the responsibilities closest to your role. If your employer is writing responsibilities/duties similar to that of 0601 then i dont think you should have any problems with your application.

Jes, misrepresentation comes to action when you are hiding info where it is asked but not where it is not asked. if you mention extra info where it is not required, the chances for getting your file back from immigration are very likely.

Quick update on it. My parents got an affidavit stating that my name was changed from D Singh to D Singh S from 2009 hence changing his name in passport. Now, will that work as a bridge for my name change from my DOB certificate to my passport?
