Anyone scheduled for oath on Sep 21 but still has not got the email details of the ceremony?

Why do some people tend to get an interview after they give their test and some don't?

Got a Fingerprinting Request today. I am from Toronto but the CIC letter asked to send the results to IRCC Vancouver. Is this normal? I thought they processed applications at the local IRCC office of the applicant.

My application status changed to "In Process" on Jan 27, 2020. Pls update the excel sheet
