    What does it mean when my CC get En-cashed by CIC?

    Hi, Today my CC got en-cashed by CIC .. Does this mean that all my papers were complete and OK? and i should wait for my File Number? Or it's just the first step to process my application before checking the papers ? P.S my application was received on 8th of July. Regards, Joe
