My virtual oath was 4th Sep. Got certificate on 18th sep. even if there is delay in certificate, you are already a citizen. Though you can’t apply for passport without it. May be you can ask your citizen certificate number just for your reference.

If you know French, then Montreal is a good option. If you know English and French, You may try Ottawa due to govt jobs.

First get the Health card. Then register for family physician. FP will help you select hospital and gynaecologist. Visit gyne as per schedule. When the date comes, go to hospital and deliver.

you can check status online. mostly communications are through email. I got citizenship and all communications were through emails (AOR, test, oath). But not sure if any other communication (rc, etc) are through email or mail.

My credit card was charged today. application delivered: sep 29 Cc charged: oct 21

Same with me. My application reached there on 9/29. Today cc got charged.

It takes around 2 weeks to print the certificate
