Update from my end. 23rd March received an updated On Portal that Oath is scheduled on 19th April. Email received for Oath on 1st week of April. Oath Ceremony on 19th Morning. I Sent Signed Letter the same day. Received Certificate on 24th.

Just a tip. For number of applicants. If you have 1 sponsor , add 1 to number of applicants. I.e 2 applicants + 1 sponsor = 3 If you have 2 sponsor put 4. Hope this will help.

IMO you should start a Police Clearance certificate. For Biometrics and Medical, they should Ideally send you instructions. I had Biometrics done before PR with Visitor App so no idea about it. But for Visitor as far as I remember they received request.

Did you check with BLS? Ideally, it's difficult to Verify and get PCC as it's done through Passport Seva Kendra. PVC was different thing which is not there anymore for Canada Visa. I might be wrong but BLS should help.
