    I think as long as the date is stamped on (that way they know it's was taken not more than six months ago) then just print your name and DoB according to the guide. and you should be fine. There must be photo studios that stamp on the date a passport was taken.

    questions about work experience, please help

    As the previous poster said, as long as you have the 1 year minimum full time Canadian work experience then you can apply. but in the form where it asks you to lists your activities for the past 10 years, you can then include your boston work time.

    I would advise that the ref letter and the noc code from your most recent LMO that is valid for CEC application be used.

    I mailed mine from Toronto. although I bought the envelope labeled "National" so I think it should be the same price but then again maybe they do calculate the price based on distance. From BC to NS is coast to coast.
