Hi Experts, If I buy a laptop in India, does that work in Canada? A friend of mine had told me they wont, so confused !!!

@ ricky.kaushal - If they dont issue a PGWP after the study. Do the students come back? I am having hard time digesting it as firstly they say they are in need to talented people to help them grow and now if they dont want to issue work permit who can they fill in the employment opportunities?

Appreciate your response Pippin :) Any idea when would first, second semester start and end? I have a feeling the first starts in Jan and ends in April and the second starts in May and Ends in August and the rest of the time for Holidays and Project. Is that right?

Sure Mead, Fortunately, Quebec is not on my list :P I mostly want to go for colleges in and around Toronto as I came to know it has more jobs than any other city. :)
