Terry do you have DM yet? Our timelines are very similar! My file went to PV2 on September 19, so I should hear something soon as well but I'm from a visa except country so I think I won't get a PPR.

My file reached Ottawa on August 27, so I'll let you know if I hear anything. Right now I'm checking ecas every morning and every evening, ha! The latest thing that happened on my file was September 18 in Ottawa Location: PV2 review. I don't know what that means.

Today it has been seven months that I handed in my application for permanent residency and 3 months since they started "processing". According to the last GCMS notes I got my file hasn't been touched since two months. But hey, I see February applicants getting decisions or ppr now, so we can't...

Another reason might be that some cases are just more complicated than others. Security, background, police checks might take longer.

I submitted my application on March 19 and it has been in process since July 26. In Canada, BC PNP, Ottawa.

I also got my GCMS notes today. It shows that my files hasn't been touched since two months :-(

Do you have a source for that? Would be interesting. Sure, you have signed a form that you inted to live and work in the nomination province, but that doesn't mean that you can't change your mind later, no?

I wish I would have done CEC, but at the time when I applied I didn't have enough work experience yet.

I hear you blackwine! My employer is exploiting me and my status to no end, he knows I have no choice but to say yes and do it. It's awful, I wish people in PNP programs had more protection from that.
