newjwel, did u try calling midi recently. I've called yesterday and they are telling me the same thing " preliminary examination is complete and waiting for interview call". God knows what they are doing and how much more time they gonna take.

I will be surprised if somebody pays this guy for these kinds of services.

well i wish i knew how they work. but what i know is whoever received this verification des document letter, his/her file is not under normal processing

From my research on this, they have doubt on one or more documents (mostly diploma from outside Canada) so they verify from the universities or document issuer about its authenticity. Obviously this verification takes time because we know that universities and colleges in developing countries...
