The report shows: Security; Not Started and on the latest updates criminality; Seen Clean Iranian PC - Passed Is there a difference btw these two?

I've just recieved GCMC information. It shows everythings have been passed (on Dec06,12 which is the date that my application status has changed to IN PROCESS) and the onlything which is not started is SECURITY SCREENING. but criminality has been passed. Does anybody knows how long this item...
