It's fingerprints. I got exactly the same line on March 3rd, and it turned out to be fingerprints. But don't worry, that might not affect your test date, as they sometimes request fingerprints and schedule citizenship tests almost simultaneously, like in my case.

I just had my fingerprints taken at Edmonton Commissionaires for $42 plus tax.

Yup, it was fingerprints. Took them at Commissionaires on Friday, and was sent to the RCMP on the same day. Looks like my application became non-routine and might take a little longer. Good luck everyone.

Wifey gave birth to our son during the process. The baby was not part of the original application, had to add the baby on. Which prolonged the processing time.

Desi-girl, you need to call them sister, or have your husband call them if he's the sponsor. They don't always send emails. I called them and I found out they approved my application last week. They sent the letter on Friday.
