Ok. Thanks. But the thing is my employer want to hire me. Why he still need to put advertisement. What if he interviewed other people and did not hire them or just refuse them, then what if CIC put an audit on him. Is that ever happened, can they come and check?

I heard that open post graduate work permit is LMIA exempted. If this is correct then DO WE GET THOSE EXTRA 600 HUNDRED BECAUSE we don't need LMIA ?
