Hi MapleWay, can you share with us the site referring to the 16 applications that are with MI? What does MI means also? Where on same boat, no clue on our applications. I also email last Nov 14, till now still no reply.

Unfortunately, last PER was Aug 12 applicant. I am an Aug 13 but no news as well. There is one in the spreadsheet (Aug 13 applicant) where her application was rejected due to cap filled.

I think she got the ner confirmation via email after nov 22. I gave her a msge last nov 26 and she replied that it was returned due to cap filled reason.

It is confirmed by Susuccess that her app will be returned. CIC emailed her for the rejection (cap filled). Me too, I am an Aug 13 applicant. It's hard to determine for now. Lets just wait for a few weeks more. God moves in mysterious ways. We might be still in cap. Lets hope and pray hard that...

Is this true? I thought it was Aug 12. But if it is then I still have the chances. Pls confirm if on what page or who has been charged with Aug 13. Thanks.

Yes I totally agree. Pls dont play with us coz its not easy waiting patiently. I believe you are just giving us false hopes since it was your first post. Maybe this member is just coming from another who wants to play around with 2173 waiting applicants.

Same question here. I ahve known a friend also that is 2174 applicant. When that NOC got close, last charge was Jun 19. His application was received June 20 and he got his PER couple of weeks after. I hope same thing will happen to us. God bless us always. :)

So August applicants has clearer view this time. I hope to see more movement for 2173 this week and be able to see if my DD was encashed as well in the bank.

What do you mean by "Hot nocs will be processed on priority basis"? The FIFO process or something else?

Yes and on the few 2 pages back, I saw a July 30 applicant of 2173 got PER so maybe there is really something left with IT NOC's. Lets just fervently pray for new updates and that our applications will be included. :)

Can you post ypur timeline and NOC? Also, what do yu think is the reason that they ask for an explaination? Did they state it in your email? Most of those who got questioned were stated on their email the reason of it. This will also help other members suggest to you what to do. Thanks. :)
