What is the CIC work permit extension submission confirmation page? Is this the ackmowledgement of receipt CiC will send after they receive my work permit extension paper application?

Can anyone advise me, I forgot to include our middle names in the "given name box" of our permanent residence application. Will it cause us problem especially if the family name, given name and middle name appears in our passport?

I got DM on August 21 as well and doesn't get any PPR too. I believe that it will arrive in two weeks time.
