Is there any one with CO initials MCH?

No 2nd lien added...I think some COs add 2nd line and some do not....

By the grace of Allah I received my request for New Schedule A Background/ Declaration form and PCC today.... A little relief for 2147 applicants specially ;D

Guys should i write just Given name or Given name + family name both (complete name) on Additional family information for my spouse?
