Shouldn't take too long. My employer got the approval email the next day after the interview. As long as there is no email/letter received, the decision can still go both ways. Good luck!

Yes, you may transfer that work experience under personal history. And yes, note it in your LOE.

This was the case with my application. My background only changed once to IP1 (We are processing your background...) until I got PPR. No NA or IP2. It made me extra anxious but I guess officers really process cases differently - some are diligent to update the status, some are not. Just trust...

Yup, we got approved (my PR application has been approved as well). The $1000 fee is for a dual-intent LMIA, meaning if your employer is sponsoring both your work permit and application for PR. Since you have your own work permit already (PGWP), the LMIA will be just to support your PR...
