Have people neglected to remember that applications are supposed to take 12 months and there isn't a guarantee that a decision is made sooner? People should relax.

Did they request a new medical yet? Hoping not :) And thank you, it's very tough to be patient but you need to let the process take its course. The end result is worth the wait for sure!

It said medicals were passed the entire time, no change in GCKey the entire duration of the process.

Thank you! It was a long time coming but within the 12 months. Medicals were also extended for a year as well for landing FYI

Here's my timeline. Ottawa received my passport on November 14th and was returned with COPR on December 1st.

Received COPR today! Canadian sponsoring Australian outland December 23 Applicant April 18 SA and file transfer September 1 ECAS DM October 31 PPR November 14 Ottawa received passport December 1 COPR with passport returned

Congrats to all receiving their COPR. Does anyone have a recent indication of how long passports are taking to come back with COPR in it. Ottawa received my passport November 14th and just seeing how long further to wait.

Received DM on September 1st and PPR October 31st (approximately 8 weeks). Total time for processing was 10 months.

Finally received PPR October 31st 2017. Sending passport off tomorrow, totally waiting since submission is 10 months! Good luck to the rest of us December folks waiting...

I hear you. I'm a December 2016 outland applicant and received DM on September 1st. Still just waiting outside of Canada away from partner for PPR. Hopefully things start moving with more people getting PPRs now.

Has anyone been able to reach an agent that tells them the decision? I haven't heard of this before.

I wouldn't be surprised either however at the end of the day, the CIC will do what the CIC wants. After 6 weeks today since ECAS updated with Decision Made, I have reached out to my local MP. We will see what happens moving forward.
