What is NDVO doing these days? Are they still on BAcklog or they are performing background check on the application? Any Guess?

AOR is simply an acknowledgement or is there some procedures to be carried out at VO, since the time between PER and AOR is almost 60 plus days and don't think in any part of world takes that much of time to transfer files. or CIC workers are in some other planet.
