Hi sorry to know you haven't got your PR card yet. I don't think it's normal. You should call CIC again because different agent on the phone could tell you different thing. You also should find out by phone call why it hasn't shown anything about PR card processing On ECAS. Good luck

Mistake when trying to log onto ECAS: 1.It happened to me once but I found it was caused by that I chose one identification type, but filled in the number of another identification... 2.It also can be caused by filling in full name instead of family name.

You should check online and find one approved Panel near you then call them to make an appointment. Because it is upfront medical so you will be given a paper with your pic on it so you just need to scan it for later use then send the paper along with your application. Good luck
