Thank you for your response. What if he/she doesn't have an Oath invite (like many of us Regina applicants) and doesn't know when IRCC is planning to schedule Oath ceremonies but his/her status is DM and wants to move to another province? What's your opinion?

Just out of curiosity. If he is moving to another province, should he explain why he is moving?

I don't know how long is waiting time for Regina, all I know is that no one in this forum (from Oct applicants) got an Oath invitation and the CIC site doesn't mention anything about future Oath dates. Personally I passed the test on March 1st and today is May 1st.
