i sent it through DHL Singapore, they received it the following day. The problem is why they did not forward it to the CIC? Can i pull out my passport?

passport sent june 3, 2013 and was received the following day june 4, 2013 but until now i haven't receive it back. the worst thing is that i recieved a noticed from the CIC that they haven't recieved my passport and they will give 15 days only before they will cancel my application. please help me

hello! Passport request: May 27, 2013 Passport Sent: June 3, 2013 now i am so worried because i've heard it's gonna be a week only and they will mail back you passport. My visa here in Singapore will expire very soon, how can i go back home? anybody has the same experience with me?
