Re: I got my photos returned to me. Im not Fillopino, I am American. The photos were sent to my Canadian address, through regular mail. I sent a email about a month ago asking about my photos to be sent back, but I never got an email response saying if they will or not. I called them and they...

The July 2013 Outland Applicant Chill Spot.

I got my photos returned to me. Hey guys, I got my photos back that I used for my PR application. I'm so glad that they returned them to me, because they were high quality 4x6's and I worked really hard writing the descriptions on them as well.

Yay Decision made today from the LA visa office!

It should take the same-time it took for the passport to get there initially. Id say 5 to 7 business days.

Awe thats good, yeah I believe I do have COPR, they sent it to my American address though, so I have to find a way to get up it here in Canada, where I'm currently at right now. Instead of mailing it, I was wondering if i could just fax it up here, this is the best option for me. They skipped...

Received Copr but its in my old address, can I fax it to my new one?

I received my Copr but its at my US address, and I am currently in Canada, is it possible for me to just fax the papers up here and just drive to the border and flagpole there? I have a fax machine at both locations, and it would certainly be cheaper than to mail it.

    income requirement for spouse sponsorship

Dang that's crazy, well me and my wife, kept it honest in the application process. She is clearly the breadwinner for now, and I stated that I have not been officially employed in a coupled of years, Im hoping that this wont be a problem of me getting sponsored. Now im very worried, but I'm...

    income requirement for spouse sponsorship

OK so we know that there is not an income requirement for the sponsor, but what about the sponsoree? Ive been looking around the forum and have read stories of the sponsor getting approved to sponsor, yet the sponsoree was denied immigrating to Canada based on financial inadmissibility and this...

Spouse Sponsorship- Inadmisibilty based on Financial reasons

Man that is scary, i didn't know that the person being sponsored can be denied due to financial reasons, I thought this reason would be non applicable, under the spousal sponsorship category. Now I am worried of my own case because they can deny me for the same reason, due to my poor job...
