PR Card Applied: August , 2014 Secondary Review email: January, 2015 I didn't call CIC since I know there will be no use, they will update the status as available online.

No news from my side too, it is more than 2 months (70 days) since I received the email, also my online status just showing that we started processing on Jan'2015, it is not mentioned that we have sent you an email for 2ndary review.

It means you receive your PR card after 6 months? Could anybody advise me how they send the PR card by mail, by Canada Post or other courier like FedEx.

My case went for secondary review in mid of January & as of now no further email. I think, CIC just aside the cases without looking at them in order to improve the processing time because now you could notice that the processing time is reduced to 130 days which was last month reached to 175...

My time line is: They received my application on August 4'2014 Started processing on Jan 14'2015 I received an email from them on Jan 14th that application is forwarded to review team for secondary review. I am expecting that it will take at least 2-3 months till they made the decision...

Hi all, Just curious to know the status of friends who got the email for secondary review. I also got same email & wondering how much time it will take. After completion of the process, will they send the PR card by mail to our home. Appreciate if the concern friends would share their experience.

Thanks Steaky for your prompt reply, but still i want to know what should I do before bring my family, means should i apply for non residency for my wife & how about the tax submission, should we submit the returns or not, that is why I am looking for a lawyer to help us to do a proper home...
