my PP reached there on Nov 21. and I am going to receive it back today (according to canada post tracking info). PP will also come with COPR, as i heard from other guys. do you track the return envelop?

any idea what is laying between "in process" and "decision made"? is it security or criminality? if thats the case then the in-between period could depend on travel history,...? imm, harvie, any thoughts?

update: "In Process" We started processing your application on November 12, 2013. I applied in oct 2012. i hope we start getting status updates for sept, oct, nov 2012 inland applicants.

in case they contact for history update, IMHO it looks like they are processing the file. you should be hopeful, i think you will get there in this november.

i got a similar reply this last month when i contacted them: "Thank you for your message concerning your application for permanent residence. Your file is in Ottawa for processing and will be reviewed by one of our officers. Medical results: Your results are valid until March of 2014. Case...

considering the situation this explanation seems very convincing. by now harvie should have earned an honorary degree in immigration ;)

see on the left now! i emailed in may 2013 about status update and they told me on 21-05-2013: "Your file has been transferred to this office in Ottawa for processing. It will be reviewed by one of our officers, with priority given to applications that were received at CIC before November 30...
