You can reach out to MP office to request status on your behalf. It will have no impact though. It's frustrating since all required steps are complete and only thing pending is passport request.

Financial eligibility is must. if you are not eligible your spouse can co-sponsor if you together qualify.

sign the use of a representative form by uploading a photo of your signature. Sometimes IRCC agents ask for this form while others do not require it, so it's better to do this to avoid issues.
