I had the same problem. All you need to do is to go to the CIC web site and select pay fees from inside of Canada. You will be able to see that this will land you at the same URL as they gave us in the email but with a properly functioning web page.

My PCC was 6 months and 10 days old by the time of the email with request for a new one. So unless it is a simple mistake, PCCs are valid for 6 months.

I think you will be fine! 2113 is one of the least popular NOCs this year.

Thanks! What about beyond that? Is there a possibility to re-do medicals and get the visa extended or it is a game over beyond this first year?

I may want to land tomorrow but I just prefer to know the options in advance. :D
