it's been 2 weeks since AOR. my application is stuck at this step like forever.

I was reading through the different status at CIC and In process means application is sent to local processing office to process. don't you think it will be more efficient if CIC allows us to send th application directly to the local office instead of Sydney? after all they again have to send it...
