Yes, I am not saying to send it to any other address I am saying if visa officer has asked you to submit the passport to "VPU" address than there is a chance that u will get ur passport in months.... this is what i m observing from difference forum and I may be wrong as well

As I have raised CSE, I will wait for the next 28 days and if I wont get any response i will drop message to minister. Holding family's passport for long time without telling any reason is unethical.
