Did u apply on Apr 5? Was yours a paper based application? If it is, I think that means they have emailed your passport. Hope you receive it soon.

I got a standard response today, still its Apr 17.

Could you please elaborate on your urgency? Is it passport expiring or US Visa expiring soon? I have submitted in Apr end and my US Visa is expiring in Sep end. I want to try if they will accept any urgent request as yours..

I got a response for my general inquiry submitted on Aug 7. They say "Our office is currently finalizing applications received on April 8, 2013."

Any updates? People who applied in 1st or 2nd week of April, have you heard from the consulate?

@acmd -- is yours ICT (Intra company transfer) or LMO. Mar 22 is for which type of work permit applications ? is there a differentiation in terms of processing ICT or LMO?
