I am doing Msc In communication Engineering in Taiwan with Taiwan Ministry of Education Government Scholarship. Current GPA-3.94(out of 4 scale or 87%).IELTS SCORE IS 6.5. But I do not have any publication. Is there any possibilities of getting admission in Canadian universities with Fund?
