I also advice you to go to the registry office in your place, ask for a record of your employers extra provincial registration, you'll pay 11 cad for that.

Thanks for the link.. Our agent sucks big time! He made too much errors in the forms even after I have corrected it. In the end I downloaded the forms by myself and fill it and print it out... Gggrrrrr... What a Waste of time and money...
