Yes I paid it online using a CC. NDVO did not give the choice of payment online on its website. But somehow, it has worked for me. From NDVO, there was only one other person that also paid by CC.

Hi Sandy, just google "fingerprinting services in bangalore" and you'll find agencies. Here is an example: http://www.ahfsindia.com/fingerprint-analysis.html Most of these agencies will do the job for you. You can compare prices and location and choose one convenient.

You can submit your passports and documents at VFS Chennai and collect it from there. Looks like VFS provides better tracking options than sending it by courier. Good luck!
