Hi Guys, My mom went through the additional tests and since her condition was stable, the results reflected the same. Her medical was cleared with flying colors and her PR was approved. Sje landed as PR in Sep. Thanks!

Hey thanks ..thats what we have decided now. Its 15 days delayed after 30 days timeline and since we have received no response for my email, we will submit the new passport with the letter of explanation in the envelope.

I had almost a similar case, no BC so I had submitted my 10th mark sheet which was half English and half in regional, my lawyer got it translated from a certified English translator and got it notarized. Though they charged me 100$ and a week to translate that one page but no questions asked...
