Thanks for explaining the main reason. I think there should be only one NOC mentioned as primary NOC to get points. But anyways, you have your application back and I hope it is in time, don't know about your NOC, but if it is yet far from reaching the CAP then you should send it back...

What is your designation? I mean does it indicate something irrelevant to the NOC you applied for? One person wrote lecturer as his occupation and that's why he got his application returned.
