Can't really remember how i merged the files into one, pero i scanned everything and saved in as jpeg. Then like for the passport, I would have paste the pages in one doc using Paint or MSWord or Adobe Photoshop (this is the part i am not sure, pero i think it's Adobe), then again saved it as...
