No response from cic for my mail. No updates as to what happened to my appl. My original ielts as well as a good amount of money got stuck. Now i feel either you submit early or don't submit at all :-(

After quota was over for 2174, has anyone got back the returned package/documents from CIC for people who couldnt make it under the quota... I am just wondering how much time it tales them to return our applications once quota is over...

guys, since 2174 cap has reached is there any chance that my July application has come under the cap? when do we get the per mails after your app is picked for evaluation by the visa officer? is it 2months?

hi, How can we track our application if we dont have any mails from CIC? My appl reached on July mid, so will it be possible for me to check the status of my app using my passport number or any other unique no.? thnks, ags.

i strongly believe that cic has displayed only completed appl and not approved for PR numbers. cic will keep accepting appl til global cap of 5000 is met and then compare appl and give PR in sequence of best deserving ones.

I am curious to know that if they dont charge my DD or open my envelp due to CAP fill, will they pay from their pocket to return my Appliction and package?? So is the money charged if my appl is rejected??

Thats quite an imp point you have raised.. but i guess, it all depends on the date declared by the bank as the evaluation date should be considered by CIC... Guys correct me if i am wrong... but i feel this shud be the way or else things will fluctuate and we can be never be at peace right??

my self calculated points is 69. should i hv also asked my wife to write ielts which wud hv incrsd my points? or is it enuf to cross the min points mark? also, if i send my wife ielts score separately later,will it be considered?
