Why does cbsa have your passport?. they need a valid passport because your copr coincides with that document I guess you would have to tell them that cbsa has it... what did your lawyer advse?

My suggestion is go get your photo taken by a professional and have them also email you the digital copy. then you can try adjust it in the photogrid app on your phone if the pixel does not match what it requires in the portal. the pixels must be between 715x1000 and 2000x2800 pixels

I also checked all mine and they all say Etobicoke - emails all have rep id of some sort ex... CB----- Etobicoke Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada

I knew because all my correspondence came from Etobicoke office - usually at the bottom of any letter it says which office it is coming from

The PR portal seems to be unreliable because we have the card and it still says under review

I didnt ask... I just linked my application to gckey and waited for updates - I checked it daily - one day I ogged in and seen the status change from sumitted to application updated "ghost update" the message said approved and card was mailed.
