An overdue DM is finally arrived. There's a passport request but I'm not sure this would include my dependants within the same application ? Should I wait for another passport request for each individual in this application or should I send the second passport with the request ? Please advise !

I think that having an extra application is a pointless. Your UCI is already has been flagged for deep security. I'm in same situation as you , I have enough points to apply for EE since March 2017. But, again I will stuck in the same security hole.

I understand your deep frustration as I encounter the same situation. Now I believe IRCC reprioritize the applications based on unkown crateria. this immigration system runs by clowns indeed.
