Are background checks and job references verification done for all applicants?

Yes it will most definitely be faster. Just send the rest of your documents to the person then when Wes report is ready they can include it and mail to CIC. Just be sure you trust the person enough.

If you making payment with a draft you don't need to sign but if it's with the a credit card then the signature of the card holder is required.
