Can Stamping of PR be done in your own country( @Canadian Visa Office ).. if in case if the applicant is traveling during the period of Passport call ??? and not retuning to Canada within 60 days of the allotted time to stamp visa?? Please can any one tell me about this ??

Can some 1 please tell me If a person gets a Passport Call for Permanent Residency and during that time d person is away from 60+ days outside canada can the person still send the Passport for Stamping ?? "For stamping a person has to send with in 60days the passport " as per cic My Question...
