for 2-3 weeks it's ok but for few months? I don't know. I think it's more fair to put more effort on people who sent their applications earlier not the opposite

Congrats. That's an odd time they sent the AOR, I wonder if it's an agent sending it or the machines.

Just to clarify, he found my application in their system. He said "they put some of the applications in the backlog to proceed with the other ones and we don't know when it will be out of backlog... it could be till jan-feb"

DO we have any choice to make? What is the alternative?

November was an example. I wanted to say it's better if it is first come first serve. However, if what the agent said is true, this might happen. From what people said here, the agent I talked to was insane. I'll try to call tomorrow.

This is wrong, my application is in their system and they can access it but they don't process it. I explained in the other thread.

I don't think anything was wrong with my PR. even the time period was something around 1400days. I attached rental documents and bank statements. I don't know if these extra documents cause the delay...

I called them once. But why it's been opened and never completed then? As far as I know they do not do any background check or something. The only thing is that I sent some extra documents but it shouldn't be the only reason.

I have a student for the past four years. I don't know if it counts as unemployment.
