Yes that should be fine although Vpn significantly reduces the speed of your internet especially if you have sloe internet connection. Regardless if you have a smartphone (Android /iOS) you can do zoom from there as well.

Did you not email them week before asking for a link. Raise a webform as well as email the test center (the email address where you got the test invite from )about this and hopefully they are able to reschedule you soon.

Quick question guys although my Oath is scheduled for 31st Jan, but I have not received anything on email yet with a link. I also didn't receive an email saying I am scheduled for oath (I saw the update on the tracker). I read somewhere that this is normal and I should get a link a week or two...

TN visa has been abused so much they have started reconsidering how it's to be given out. Folks who thought Canada as a gateway to US unfortunately this is coming to an end. Tons of folks now have been declined. Good luck on your case though.

That's normal. I think you get the email a day before the actual timeline but it doesn't matter you can log into the test url and it should let you sign in to give exam anytime.
